Thoroughly clean the hoof and especially the frog. Use 1 to 3 Silver Hoof Sticks per sulcus and push them one by one as deep as possible into the central sulcus using a pointed object, such as a hoof pick. Replace the Silver Hoof Sticks daily until fewer sticks fit and they no longer stay in place as well. The average treatment duration depends on the depth of the central sulcus and the intensity of the treatment.
