Sizing advice and adjustment options for the Unique-horn hoof boot

Accurate sizing is essential for a proper fit. Follow these steps:
1. Measure immediately after trimming for the most accurate result.
2. Measure the width of the hoof at its widest point and measure the length from toe to heel (in a straight line).
3. Not sure between two sizes?
For a rounder hoof, choose the wider size.
For a more elongated hoof, choose the longer size.

4. Ensure the hoof boot fits snugly without pinching and without any looseness at the back.

Note: A good fit is not determined solely by matching length and width, but by an overall well-fitting shape. Not every hoof is suitable for every hoof boot, and this also applies to Unique-horn hoof boots. Seek proper advice (ideally on-site) when in doubt.

 

One of the unique features of the Unique-horn hoof boot is its extensive adjustability.
The gaiter can be adjusted to four different heights and lengths, and the side straps can be set in multiple positions. In addition, a double screw can be installed at the closure for extra security.
This makes the hoof boot extremely versatile, secure, and perfectly adaptable to the individual hoof and intended use.
