These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements and deliveries of Unique-Horn B.V.

3. Offers and Agreements
All offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.
An agreement is concluded once an order has been confirmed by Unique-Horn B.V. or when execution of the order has begun.
Unique-Horn B.V. reserves the right to refuse orders.
4. Prices
All prices are subject to obvious errors.
Prices may be displayed including or excluding VAT depending on the type of customer.
Unique-Horn B.V. reserves the right to change prices.
5. Delivery
Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer or according to the agreed conditions.
Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a strict deadline.
Unique-Horn B.V. is not liable for delays outside its control.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using the available payment methods or according to the agreed payment terms.
In case of late payment, Unique-Horn B.V. may suspend delivery or terminate the agreement.
Any collection costs may be charged to the customer.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
If the customer is a consumer, they may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal as provided under European consumer law, unless legal exceptions apply.
Business customers cannot invoke this right unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Product Use and Responsibility
Products of Unique-Horn B.V. must only be used according to their intended purpose.
The user is responsible for the correct use of the products.
If products are used on animals, responsibility for the welfare, care and treatment of the animal remains entirely with the owner, caretaker or professional responsible.
9. Product Information
Unique-Horn B.V. strives to provide correct and complete product information. Minor variations in colour, shape, specifications or packaging may occur and do not entitle the customer to compensation or termination of the agreement.
10. Dealers and Distributors
Dealers and distributors may only sell products in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Dealers must not provide misleading information about products of Unique-Horn B.V.
Unique-Horn B.V. reserves the right to terminate cooperation with dealers or distributors in case of misuse or reputational damage.
11. Warranty and Complaints
Unique-Horn B.V. aims to provide high-quality products.
Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery.
Unique-Horn B.V. will handle complaints reasonably and fairly.
12. Liability
Unique-Horn B.V. shall not be liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to:
- consequential damages
- loss of profit
- business interruption
- damages to third parties
The liability of Unique-Horn B.V. is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service, unless otherwise required by law.
13. Force Majeure
